Through the fall and winter months, we will be offering our Iced Bourbon Chai at the Gutenberg tasting room. This cocktail is perfect for cool weather in Missouri — just a bit sweet from a good dose of our bourbon, with warm spices and a hint of black tea.
Iced Bourbon Chai
Yield: 1 cocktail
1.5 oz Black Shire Bourbon
3/4 oz Portland Soda Works Bright Chai Syrup
5 oz strong black tea, sweetened with brown sugar
Orange wedge and cherry to garnish
| Procedure | In a rocks glass, add ice. Pour in Bourbon, Chai Syrup and tea. Stir to combine and garnish with orange wedge and cherry.
